LaLOO warrants a lifetime warranty on chrome accessories and boutique items to be free from manufacturer’s defects in material and workmanship. (as of April 1st, 2017)

LaLOO warrants its NVelup towel warmers (series ETW 304 stainless steel) to be free from manufacturer’s defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 7 years from date of purchase. The warranty covers both finish and electrical components.

LaLOO warrants special finish accessories from manufacturer’s defects in material and workmanship for 5 years. Build up of soap and mineral deposits are not covered. Damage resulting from inappropriate care (use of caustic or abrasive cleaners) is not covered.

LaLOO warrants its LED mirrors (exclusive of magnification mirrors) for a period of 5 years or 50,000 hours from manufacturer’s defects in material and workmanship.​

LaLOO warrants its NVelup towel warmers (series ETW 201 stainless steel matte black) to be free from manufacturer’s defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 3 years from date of purchase. The warranty covers both finish and electrical components.

LaLOO warrants its decorative mirrors for a period of 2 years from manufacturer’s defects in material and workmanship. Refer to page 198 for freight damage claims.

LaLOO warrants the LED Bulbs for 2 years or 20,000 hours from manufacturer's defects in material and workmanship.

LaLOO warrants its magnification mirrors, Qurios medicine cabinets and swivel towers to be free from manufacturer’s defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year.

LaLOO warrants all products used for commercial installations to be free from manufacturer’s defects in material and workmanship for 1 year.
